Get out of breath and sweaty!

Take yourself as seriously as you take your business

When it comes to business success, your physical condition plays a huge part.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting that you need to enrol for an Iron Man Triathlon to get some great results at the end of the year.  However, there’s no doubt that looking after yourself boosts your productivity and your mental agility.

I find that if I don’t get outside and run at least 4 times a week, my productivity and positivity goes right down.  You might need more, you might need less, but if you’ve been a bit slow of the blocks of late when it comes to looking after yourself – give it some thought.

Bright coloured food, sufficient sleep, plenty of water and at least 30 mins of out of breath and sweaty stuff 4 times a week might just give you the push you need to take your business to the next level.
