Get close to one of your buyers

As the song goes – Love is all around us

In the same way that we don’t always take the time to tell the people close to us how much we love them, we often neglect our biggest assets – our buyers.

I’m not suggesting that you  invite them for a romantic meal or take them on a trip of a lifetime.  But just making a point of going the extra mile this week might be a cool and smart strategy.  Not only will it make your buyer feel good.  It’ll make you feel good too.

We all like to be appreciated and it doesn’t take much to let a buyer know that you appreciate the work they’re giving you or the products they’re buying from you.  A short email, a call or a visit if you’re passing their front door might give rise to a conversation that allows you to understand them a whole lot better and take your relationship to a new level.
