If it’s not, you’re almost certainly missing a trick.  Buyers are tougher nuts to crack than ever before and you need to show them that you really understand them to succeed.  Here’s some ideas to get you started:

1.  Demonstrate that you can take them from where they are now to where they want to be.
2.  Make it clear that you can add real value to their lives.
3.  Drill down to identify what makes you different/special.
4.  Choose some simple words to describe each.
5.  Get those words out to where your buyers hang out.
