Does your business model still fit?
As businesses grow and develop their business model often needs to change. Customer relationships change as your business evolves, the channels you use to distribute either your message, product or service are likely to change too. Even the key activities that you’re involved in will alter at different stages of growth and development.
Making sure your business model still fits what you’re doing today is a task you should do on a regular basis. I use Stragegyzer’s Business Model Canvas to do this for my own business and with clients. You can find it here.
