Staying close to your buyers is priority

Your buyers are your goldmine.  But they’re out in the big wide world all day every day and they’re exposed to your competitors 24/7.  While you think your buyers are loyal to you, it doesn’t pay to take that loyalty for granted.

If you’ve lost touch with a significant buyer, either because they’ve already gone elsewhere or you just haven’t had the time to catch up with them of late, make reaching out to them a priority this week.  Buyers come and go, and it’s important to keep an eye on who might be looking elsewhere to have their problems solved. 

There’s no point putting lots of effort into attracting new buyers into your business if you’re letting your existing ones haemorrhage out of the other end of your sales funnel.  A phone call, a visit or an email might be all that’s needed to re-kindle the flame and re-establish the relationship.  Do it.
