Doodle your sales process

Don’t worry, you don’t need to be David Hockney or Damien Hirst to do what I’m suggesting.  What I want to encourage you to do today is visualise your sales process and sketch out what you see.

Every sales process is made up of a range of steps and if you haven’t visited yours in a while, revisiting it will help you make sure it’s still working as well as it could.

Buyers’ habits have changed and your sales process needs to adapt to really succeed in this new world.  When you’ve sketched out your sales process, you’ll be able to stand back and see if what you’re expecting your buyers to do and when you’re expecting them to do it is realistic or not.

For example: in a world where buyers are more empowered than ever before, is asking them to book an appointment from a cold landing page a step too far?
