Baby steps, micro-actions – call them what you wish

It’s a fact that you won’t get fit by going to the gym a couple of times. It’s also a fact that most businesses don’t become a success overnight. Knowing where you’re going and taking baby steps to get you there every day will stand you in great stead for long term success. I call them micro-actions and aim to build 3 or 4 into each day.
