Do you go on LinkedIn but rarely do anything on there (even though you'd like to)?
Are you someone who knows you're good, great even, at what you do? Someone who knows you could make useful contacts on LinkedIn, but finds the whole idea of doing anything on there frustrating? Yes? You're not alone.
You go on there. You scroll. You read other people's stuff. You see people talking about what they do, sharing what they know and extending their reach.
You read stuff, but you rarely, if ever put anything on there.
And that's frustrating you, because you know LinkedIn could help you get beyond the people who already know you. It could help you extend your reach. You see other people using it to do just that, and you want to do it too.
But you don't.
Maybe you don't know what to say. Maybe you don't know where to start. Maybe the whole idea of putting yourself 'out there' feels a bit too much like showing off. Or maybe there's a little voice in your head saying, "What'll people think?" or "Will anyone support me if I post?"
If that sounds familiar, I have the solution.
I walk alongside people like you, one step at a time, and help you move from consuming on LinkedIn to contributing - comfortably and confidently. And you can do all that without turning yourself into someone you're not.
The aim isn't to become brilliant at self-promotion or to spend your life creating content. It's to become comfortable and confident enough to show up, contribute and let more people see what you do.
Imagine feeling comfortable and confident on LinkedIn
Imagine going on there and actually knowing what you're there to do. Knowing what you want to say, who you want to connect with and how you want to show up.
Imagine being able to post something without spending three hours wondering whether it's good enough or giving in to impostor syndrome.
Imagine looking at your profile and thinking, "Yep. That tells people what I do."
Imagine seeing something interesting and thinking, "I have something useful to add to this." And then actually adding it.
Imagine making connections beyond the people who already know you, without feeling like you're falsely working a room or having to sell yourself.
That's what my guidance is designed to help you do.
I'll walk alongside you, step by step, helping you build the confidence and comfort you need to show up, contribute and be seen for what you're good at.
Not by turning you into a LinkedIn expert. Not by teaching you how to play the algorithm. And definitely not by asking you to become someone you're not.
Just by helping you find a way of using LinkedIn that feels comfortable, confident and like the authentic you.
How it works
All you need is a desire to get more active on LinkedIn and a LinkedIn account. If you don't have one already you can create one.
On this journey, I'll walk alongside you, one step at a time, helping you get comfortable with the things that make LinkedIn feel awkward, frustrating or just a bit too much for you right now.
We'll start where you are, rather than expecting you to suddenly become a confident poster, networker or self-promoter.
You'll work through a series of simple steps that'll help you:
- Get into the LinkedIn mindset
- Get clear on what you bring to the world and the difference you make
- Get out your LinkedIn stall without stressing about getting it perfect
- Start taking an interest in other people and joining conversations
- Put your own thoughts and experience into the LinkedIn space
- Develop a LinkedIn rhythm that works for you
- Build a sustainable LinkedIn habit without it becoming another job
You don't have to do it all at once. You don't have to become someone else. And you don't have to love LinkedIn.
You just need to be willing to take the next step.

What could this look like for you?
You could:
- Finally sort out your profile (in a non-cringey way) so that when someone lands on it, they quickly understand who you are, what you do and how you could help them.
- Find yourself commenting on something you've read rather than simply scrolling past it.
- Post something you've learned, noticed or experienced without spending half a day wondering whether it's good enough.
- Connect with someone you've never met simply because you like what they have to say.
- Start popping into LinkedIn for a few minutes a couple of times a week because it has become something you can comfortably fit around your life.
- Even notice that LinkedIn doesn't feel quite so scary or uncomfortable anymore.
Don't take my word that this works
These are just some of the people I've helped on their LinkedIn journeys.
They all started in slightly different places, but they had one thing in common. They knew LinkedIn could help them, but they weren't quite sure how to make it work for them.
Here's what happened next.

“I set up a LinkedIn account 10 years ago but couldn't find my place in it. Suzie has helped me see the value in linking with others, whilst building my confidence to be my authentic self.”
Wendy Chambers, CEO & Founder

“Suzie's transformed my view of LinkedIn. She's given me the confidence to post authentically and has helped me post regularly, all of which has resulted in a really strong LinkedIn presence.”
Iain McAlpine, Commercial Director

“As the CEO of a business I knew there were benefits to be had from engaging with the LinkedIn community, but I was nervous. Having the opportunity to work with Suzie to address my fears, understand how to use LinkedIn and develop my own style was invaluable.”
Liz McCutcheon, CEO

“When I started Suzie's LinkedIn journey, I'd never posted before. LinkedIn felt too awkward and scary but Suzie gave me the confidence, motivation and support to post.”
Donnie Cambell, Master and Tech Innovator

“My confidence is way higher. I'm no longer worrying about what I say or how I say it – I'm just showing up regularly and being me.”
Elaine Kerr, Project Executive
About me and this journey
I'm a walker. I love being outside, I love nature and I try to live life slow and present (although I don't always manage it). I have a real passion for helping people ‘see the LinkedIn light’ and discover that it's not the scary, alien place they imagine it to be.
Over the years, I've helped people start conversations, build relationships, create opportunities and grow businesses. I've helped people become known for things they care deeply about. I've seen old connections rekindled, valuable new ones made and lives changed because someone simply decided to show up regularly on LinkedIn.

But I don't think those are the most important things I've achieved.
The thing that has become much more important to me is seeing what happens when I've helped someone see LinkedIn differently.
Because when their perception changes, something in them begins to change too.
I've seen people who were nervous about posting find the confidence to have a go. I've seen people who felt they didn't really have a place on LinkedIn begin to find their authentic space. I've seen people stop worrying quite so much about what others might think and start showing up as themselves.
And that's what keeps me doing this. Not because I want to turn people into LinkedIn experts. Not because I want everyone to become a content creator.
Because I love seeing that moment when someone realises: "Oh. I can actually do this. I can be myself here."
That's the journey I want to walk with you.
Find out more about this solution
This is a guided LinkedIn journey for people who want to be more active on LinkedIn but struggle.
It's designed to help you move from consuming other people's content to contributing yours, without turning you into a content creator, a LinkedIn expert or someone who feels the need to constantly promote themselves.
I'll walk alongside you as you work through a series of short audios, practical prompts and a Playbook, helping you get your LinkedIn presence working for you, join conversations, post with more confidence and find a rhythm that works for you.
The aim isn't to make you brilliant at LinkedIn.
It's to help you see LinkedIn differently, so you feel more comfortable and confident being your authentic self on there.
And, ultimately, to help you become someone who shows up, contributes and gets known for what you're good at.

- don't really know what to say on there, where to start or how often to show up
- want to become more comfortable and confident on LinkedIn without feeling fake or becoming someone you're not
You don't need to be a LinkedIn beginner. It doesn't matter whether you've never posted or you have. If you're lacking confidence or comfort engaging on the platform, this is for you.

That's a one-off payment, giving you immediate access to the complete programme. There are no monthly payments, no subscriptions and no additional costs. You pay once, get everything straight away and then work through it in your own time.
And there's a money-back guarantee.
If you do everything I ask, give it your best shot and, at the end, your LinkedIn mindset hasn't changed, I'll give you your money back. All I ask is that we have a face-to-face Zoom call and you look me in the eye and tell me: "I gave it my best shot and it did nothing."
Simple.
Find out how the guarantee works
I want you to get something worthwhile from this.
So, if you've genuinely worked through the journey, done the things I've asked you to do and given this your best shot, but you reach the end and honestly don't feel that your LinkedIn mindset has changed, I'll give you your money back.
There's just one condition.
I'd like us to have a face-to-face Zoom call during which I want you to look me in the eye and tell me: "I gave it my best shot, and it did nothing." If that's genuinely how you feel, I'll refund your £111. No awkward forms. No jumping through hoops. No trying to persuade you that you should feel differently.
Your word is good enough for me.
Still got questions?
What if I've never posted on LinkedIn before?
That's absolutely fine. You don't need to have posted before. The journey starts where you are and helps you take the next step from there.
What if I've already posted on LinkedIn?
That's fine too. This isn't about being a beginner. It's about becoming more comfortable and confident engaging on LinkedIn, whether you've posted once, occasionally or regularly.
How much time will I need?
There's no set timetable. The audios are short and the journey is designed to fit around your life. You can work through it over a couple of weeks, take longer or dip in and out.
Do I have to post?
No one is going to force you to do anything. But posting is part of the journey, because contributing rather than simply consuming is a big part of what we're working towards.
What if I'm worried about what people will think?
That's exactly the sort of thing we'll work on. You don't need to become someone who loves self-promotion. The aim is to help you become comfortable being yourself on LinkedIn.
Do I need to be a LinkedIn expert?
Absolutely not. You don't even need to know much about LinkedIn. You just need to be willing to have a go.
What if I don't like it?
That's where the money-back guarantee comes in. If you genuinely work through the journey, give it your best shot and your LinkedIn mindset hasn't changed, we'll have a face-to-face Zoom call. If you can look me in the eye and tell me, "I gave it my best shot and it did nothing," I'll refund your £111.
