Mark’s message making journey
I worked with Mark as part of the SMART Accelerator Programme and what a great journey we had together. Before we met, Mark, like most business owners had poured all his energy into refining and refining his product (his adventure board game).
But, the problem was that Mark had forgotten to lift his head from time to time and check in with the folk that he was hoping would buy his game. He’d not even given any thought to what they’d need to hear so they’d put him on their radar. I pushed the poor guy to his limits, but what a great message he came up with. Well done Mark.
