Where can I get a CRM for free?

I’ve listed several free CRM options here (info correct at the time of writing/publishing – but do check it for yourself).  My personal favourite is Hubspot, because their free option’s good and you can upscale to paid versions later.  When you’re choosing, keep in mind that free CRM solutions may have certain restrictions or limitations compared to paid options. If your business needs more advanced features, customisation options, or comprehensive support, it may be worth exploring paid CRM solutions that align with your budget and requirements.

If you’re sitting on the fence about whether or not a CRM would add value to your business, then a free option might be a great place to start.  There are several CRM options available that offer free plans or free versions of their software. While these free CRM solutions may have limitations in terms of features and user count, they can still provide value to small businesses with basic customer management needs – usually with the option to scale up your CRM as your needs grow. Here are a few popular free CRM options:

1. HubSpot CRM: HubSpot CRM offers a free plan that includes contact management, deal tracking, and basic reporting features. It integrates with other HubSpot tools and provides a user-friendly interface.

2. Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM has a free plan, offering basic lead and contact management, workflow automation, and limited reporting capabilities. It can be upgraded to access additional features and scalability.

3. Bitrix24: Bitrix24 offers a free CRM solution with contact and lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and task management. It also includes collaboration tools and integration with other Bitrix24 features.

4. Freshworks CRM: Freshworks CRM (formerly known as Freshsales) provides a free plan with contact and lead management, email integration, and basic reporting. It is designed for small teams and offers scalability through paid plans.

5. Agile CRM: Agile CRM offers a free plan with contact management, lead scoring, email campaigns, and basic sales automation features. Additional functionality can be accessed through paid plans.

While these free CRM options can be a good starting point for small businesses, it’s important to carefully evaluate their features, limitations, and scalability to ensure they meet your specific requirements. Consider factors such as the number of users allowed, storage limitations, integration capabilities, and any upgrade costs if you anticipate expanding your business or needing more advanced features in the future.

Additionally, keep in mind that free CRM solutions may have certain restrictions or limitations compared to paid options. If your business needs more advanced features, customisation options, or comprehensive support, it may be worth exploring paid CRM solutions that align with your budget and requirements.

If you’re sitting on the fence about whether or not to introduce a CRM, one of these free options might be a great place to start.

SMALL PRINT – MADE BIG – THIS INFO WAS UP TO DATE WHEN I PUBLISHED IT – BUT DO MAKE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.
